Two doctoral students (D3) and one master student (M2), supervised by Prof. Hirohisa Aki, successfully carried out an open public defense on January 29, February 6, and 8, 2024. The students are Rishal Asri, Micheol Cho, and Yusuke Morita. Rishal Asri’s research succeeded in optimizing energy storage operations in remote areas using a sharing system, and Micheol Cho succeeded in creating an energy management system based on a reward system in apartment buildings. Meanwhile, Yusuke Morita succeeded in developing a prosumer portfolio method to reduce prediction errors in distributed energy resources. Finally, the doctoral and master’s students have completed their education on time.
